Using SCORE, our team will:

• Identify roadblocks, review in detail with your team and jointly put in a plan to move forward
• Fix gaps in application delivery
• Address functional gaps in the system
• Fix technical issues (bugs, performance, etc)
• Create a project plan by week so your team can plan for testing and go-live
• Ensure your team is involved and trained to take over the system.  Work hand in hand with your team to ensure adoption into your planning and reporting processes.
